Check in: from 14.00 to 19.00
We kindly ask you to communicate at least two days in advance, the time of your arrival so that we can organize your check in at the best. In any case, if your arrival in the city was expected in the morning, we advise you to check whether the selected apartment was already available. Please take care to communicate with e-mail or SMS of any changes in your arrival time.
Check out: by 10.00 am
A late check-out can be made only if previously agreed and for particular needs.
House Keeping
Final cleaning is included in the price; if you’d like extra cleaning during your stay a cleaning lady will drop by with a complete set of sheets and towels.
Price is 20 euro a hour.
Only for long term staying a 50 euro cleaning fee will be charged at the end of the staying.
Rental Conditions:
Please send us an email indicating the apartment you have choosen and the dates of your staying. We’ll answer you within 24 hours. If the apartment is available we’ll send you a positive answer, if not we’ll be happy to propose you another accommodation.
Reservation:
In order to reserve, please a 30% deposit is required as confirmation by bank wire, credit card or pay-pal. After reception of the deposit we’ll confirm you back.
Final Payment:
We require the payment of your rental at your arrival.
Cash, Paypal, Mastercard / Visa, bank transfer are accepted. No travel cheque.
Security Deposit:
Possibly a 200 Euro security deposit may be requested at your arrival to cover any damage. The deposit will be refund unless there has been any damage. The provided credit card number may be used to cover the damages when not notified to the reception.
Utility Charges:
All expenses are included (heat, water, gas, electricity). For staying longer than 1 month expenses are not included.
Cancellation
2 months before arrival day : full reimbursement minus bank fees
2 months up to 30 days before arrival day : 1 day of occupancy
29 days up to 7 days before arrival day : 2 days of occupancy
7 days before arrival day : deposit not refundable
Reductions for long stay will be cancelled if the term of the contract is reduced.
Tourist Services

Florentine Museums
For reservations for Florentine museums, contact Marco a few days before your arrival to check availability with the museum itself.

Excursions
Bookings for organized tours with various destinations (Chianti, Cinque Terre, Pisa etc).

Reservations
Reservations of typical restaurants chosen by you or, if you want to rely on the experience of your hosts, selected by them.
