Parking:Pour les arrivées en voiture, des parkings privés sont disponibles dans le centre historique au tarif de 20/40 euros par jour, selon le type de voiture. Vous pouvez également garer votre voiture au parking "Villa Costanza", à la fin du tramway qui mène à la gare Santa Maria Novella, au prix de 7 euros par jour ou 20 euros par semaine.
Description
Comme son nom l'indique, l'appartement Bella Vista bénéficie d'un panorama à 360 ° sans précédent. Il est situé au dernier étage d'un petit immeuble près du Duomo et est donc particulièrement calme et lumineux.
Des fenêtres, vous pourrez voir plusieurs des monuments florentins les plus célèbres tels que le Duomo, la basilique de Santa Croce, l'église de San Miniato al Monte, la Piazzale Michelangelo, la forteresse de Belvedere, la synagogue, le monastère de Fiesole et bien sûr les toits de Florence.
Cet appartement est tout simplement parfait pour un voyage romantique ou un séjour de longue durée. Les prix varient selon la saison d'un minimum de 60 euros à 110 euros par nuit. Un dépôt de garantie de 100 euros est exigé à l'arrivée, entièrement remboursable une fois que l'absence de tout dommage causé accidentellement a été vérifiée, que l'interdiction de fumer n'a pas été respectée ou si l'appartement a été laissé en mauvais état.

The Florence apartment met all of our expectations. The value is exceptional, given the location in the heart of historic Florence. All the sites we wanted to see were within a 10 minute walk of the apartment. There were many small stores for basic needs within a block and a full grocery store two blocks away. The apartment is on the top (4th) floor of the building. The neighborhood felt very safe and generally quiet. We traveled with another couple and 4 people fit fine in the apartment but if you are not willing for one couple to stay on a pullout bed, it may not be your place. We set the pullout mattress out on couch cushions on the living room floor and the bed was perfectly comfortable. The apartment is efficient and has a kitchen with everything you need to make meals for 4. The bathroom is compact yet complete. Driving in Florence is a challenge but once we parked the car in the safe parking area Marco recommended, we walked everywhere else with ease. Marco and his wife Samantha were available to help answer questions, provide very good food and attraction advice during our entire stay. They were very pleasant to rent the apartment from. The description of the apartment is accurate Overall, we would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a great value in a central Florence location.

Marco runs a great facility and is a wonderful ambassador for his city. This apartment is in a convenient locations for all the sights in Firenze. My wife and I enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. Marco is truly passionate about sharing all that his fine city has to offer. He is very knowledgable and friendly, & was happy to help us find our way around. I would highly recommend this location.

My stay at Samanta's & Marco's apartment was wonderful! I met Marco at the hotel Dali reception and he walked me over to the apt. A special treat was the welcome bottle of wine! It's perfectly situated just a couple of minutes walk from the Duomo...easy to walk to all the sites in Florence. There was an internet cafe, grocery store, and lots of wonderful restaurants & wine bars in the neighborhood. After a long day, it was really comfortable to relax at the apartment in a very quiet neighborhood. I felt very safe and enjoyed my stay much more than if I had been in a hotel. Highly recommend it!

My husband and I stayed in this apartment in late Sept. 2011. The apartment is located very close to the Duomo, only a 5-7 minute walk away. Since it was so centrally located, we were able to walk to every major sight and restaurant in Florence! The apartment was very well decorated and cheery :) It looks just like the pictures on vrbo.com. The living room, bedroom, and kitchen were very large and the bathroom was medium size. The apartment was very clean and full of travel books to help you navigate the city. It also had air conditioning that we were able to use during our stay. The kitchen was well-stocked with coffee, cooking supplies, and dishes. Since it is on the top floor, the apartment was full of light and we had great views of the Duomo and Fiesolana. (Being on the top floor also meant we got some exercise on the stairs but it was manageable.) The area around the apartment seemed safe and there was a bar/restaurant a few doors down. The owners, Samanta and Marco, were very kind and helpful. We met them at a hotel they own, Hotel Dali, and they took us to the apartment. They were very hospitable. I would recommend this apartment to any young couple visiting Florence! Its stellar location, authentic decor, great views, and kind owners made us feel like we were locals!

Excellent apartment

My husband and I stayed in this apartment for a week. We were happy to find the apartment exactly as depicted on the website. The living room is very large as is the bedroom. The kitchen while smaller is more than adequate for cooking meals. The wifi was excellent. The apartment is located about 10 minutes from the Duomo and about 5 minutes from a major grocery store. There is a great bar just down the street which has a happy hour buffet every night too. We met Marco at the Hotel Dali and he took us to the apartment. There are 68 steps up to the apartment entrance and Marco was gracious enough to help us with our luggage. This can be a workout after a long day of site seeing and should be taken into account. However, the view from the apartment windows made the climb each evening worth it for us. This apartment was very clean and quiet. We felt completely safe. We would stay here again even with the steps at the end of the day.

Perfect Flat for our Visit to Florence

This flat was perfect for our group of four. The location was excellent, and we were able to easily walk to all the sites. The apartment is clean, comfortable, bright, and charming, with hardwood floors, an updated bathroom, and rustic features. It had everything we needed--dishes, refrigerator, hot water kettle, air conditioning, extra sheets and pillows. Peter, who works the front desk and who met us when we checked in, was extremely hospitable and helpful. We kept bumping into him around town, too, and each time, he asked about our adventures and would have more recommendations for us. Lovely flat on the roof

We are a young couple on our honeymoon and we spent 4 nights in this lovely place just few days ago. The apartment is exactly how it looks on the photos, actually even better.
We had free wi-fi, Tv, dvd player and even though in february in Florence is cold, it was nice warm inside.
The owners are very friendly and run a little hotel nearby so we could go there for any question and reservation we needed.As I mentionned we just married, we found a bottle of champagne and a bowl of fresh fruit on the table , it was very nice .
We loved this place and we can't wait to come back again.

We loved this apartment , it is very nice and romantic with a breathtaking view over the monuments. Sunset over the red roof of Florence...unforgettable. The flat is one block from the Duomo, walking distance from anything you may need: supermarket, post-office, shops, monuments, museums and last but not least close to Marco and Samanta. They are the owners and run a hotel one block from the flat; nothing was too much trouble for them. We needed to make some restaurant reservations, print museum tickets, have tips...everything was given with a big smile. The photos on VRBO are not showing the cozy atmosphere you will find there, we didn't want to leave...so we are just planning to be back next fall!
